Airmax text messages
AIR MAX HEATING AND AC LLC ("Airmax Heating & A/C") sends text messages from (866) 504-7676 to customers who ask for them, about their own service request: confirming the details you sent us, scheduling or rescheduling a visit, sending your estimate, and following up on it. We do not send marketing blasts.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked box “Text me about this request” when you request a quote or service on getairmax.com, or by texting us first. Checking the box is never required to get a quote or service.
Frequency, cost and opting out
- Message frequency varies with your request; typically 1–5 messages per request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (866) 203-0469 or email contact@getairmax.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
